Yesterday I went to the Royal Academy varnishing day to drink bubbles and eat strawberries to celebrate with hundreds of other artists the opening of the Summer Exhibition.
Although I had submitted a painting and a print its my prints which seem to get through the stringent selection process.
Today the first sales dot appeared and the sun was shining, an unbeatable combination. Went to the park to share a celebratory ice cream with a friend.
In September the complete series of We are all bleeding 1-9 will be shown at Positions Berlin Art Fair.
My one-off book WAR was sold by Kaleid editions to the Swarthmore College Library in the US
Lastly, with some amusement saw that New Statesman printed an article on Vampires and used my Self portrait with bleeding lips to illustrate it. Click on the link below to view it.
